Voices For Children CASA 2011 Annual Report

CASA Volunteers

In 2011 Voices For Children CASA had a pool of 127 Court Appointed Special Advocate volunteers. The total number of CASA volunteers assigned to a child abuse and neglect case during 2011 was 81.

Children We Served

  • CASAs were assigned to 84 child abuse and neglect cases
  • 38 cases were opened in 2011 involving 60 children
  • 139 children were provided CASA services
  • 31 cases involving 46 children were closed
  • The average abuse and neglect case lasted 13 months
